Our Reports

We offer two types of reports which are explained in more detail below.

1. Valuation Report

What does our Valuation report contain?

Our estimated current market value (ECMV) report costs £2 and contains our estimated valuation for the property.

We also report the address, price and date of all previous registered sales of the property.

A chart of observed market growth shows the value of the property changing over time in relation to the specific index of house price growth for the property and locality.

Comparable Properties Nearby provides a listing of all historic sales in the immediate area that are of a similar value.

You can read more about our valuations here. Please note valuations are currently only available for Scottish properties.

2. Full Market Report

What does our Full Market Report contain?

Our Full Market Report costs £5 and provides you with an in depth profile of your local area which you specify using our map. In Scotland, this report also includes the estimated current market value (ECMV) of the property.

Specific sections of the report cover:

  • local house price analysis
  • the people that live in the area
  • the economic activity
  • and the neighbourhood

The sample below shows the content which you will receive in addition to the valuation. Please note valuations are currently only available for Scottish properties.

Define your area for analysis

When you choose a full market report you will be shown a map of the local area showing recent sales for that neighbourhood. The map will also show you a blue box indicating the area to be analysed as shown in the sample map opposite.

To adjust the area to be analysed just move the blue box using your mouse.

If you want to change the size of the box then hold down the shift key on your computer keyboard and use the mouse as before.

Why not try it out on our sample map opposite?
